Delivery schedule


  • Orders are cut off time at 09:00am (based on the payment time), and will be delivered within two working days after the order is confirmed. EG orders placed before 09:00am on Monday can be delivered on Tuesday or later date. 


  • For delivery by Sat, Sun, Mon please order before Friday 09:00am Cut off time.
  • Free shipping for purchases over $200, if less than $200, an additional $50 shipping fee will be charged
  • The delivery service is entrusted to a third party for refrigerated transportation, and the goods are delivered at -18°C throughout the process
  • On the day of delivery, the shipping company will call to confirm the delivery time before delivery. If all reasonable delivery steps are taken, Today's cannot be delivered on the delivery day, and the refrigerated shipping company will reschedule the delivery the next day. If you still fail to contact the customer or arrange delivery on the next day, it will be deemed as abandonment of the relevant order, and Today's will not provide any guarantee.
  • Neither Today's nor third-party refrigerated shipping companies will be liable for all responsibilities that may arise from the food being left unattended for a period of time after it arrives, including: loss, contamination, and failure to maintain frozen food due to temperature changes.
  • Any return request must be approved by Today's in advance. In case of any dispute, the company reserves all rights of final decision.
