3. Refund policy
Once ordered, it cannot be refunded in any way.
4. Order cycle and cancellation policy
- Subscription periods are divided into bi-weekly or monthly periods. You must subscribe for at least two consecutive months to enjoy the monthly plan discount. We do not accept cancellations after one month of ordering.
- We will automatically renew the subscription until the customer cancels the subscription. Customers can cancel at any time two months after ordering.
- If you need to cancel your subscription, please notify us via email or WhatsApp 7 days before automatic charging. Cancellation of order requires confirmation from our store.
